Jeffrey Levy was a significant contributor to the British Conservative Party during the Premiership of Lady Margaret Thatcher in the late 1980’s and into the early 1990’s. As part of this close collaboration, Jeffrey sponsored part of the Party’s Winter Ball Brochure by showing one of the most important toys ever discovered, namely, a large Marklin (Germany) Two-Tier Carousel from 1906.
